Day 46 - 320 Remaining- Sun 25/12/11 - CHRISTMAS DAY!!!!

Today was so wonderfully great!
Woke up early then had croissants with my dear Grandfather, then had a little nap, then my Grandmother and Aunt woke up and we opened my presents!!!
And although there were no surprises, as always, all of my gifts were just so thoughtful and extravagant and were definitely more than what i deserve! I am so infinitely thankful to have such a strong and fantastic family surrounding me, the love i have for them cannot be fathomed.
Then as if it were a christmas miracle sent from the lord, my Grandfather’s left hand - which was fully paralysed after he had a major stroke in July this year - began to show movement, and he put his hand out and began to move his fingers ever so slightly and oh my goodness it really was just one of those moments i am never ever ever going to forget.
I remember nights when he was in hospital after he had his stroke, i used to pray every night that he would get his movement and mobility back and this  just proves that God never ever forgets - for better or worse - he never forgets.
Thank you Lord.
I am incredibly blessed to be here with this family.

Then we had a  lavish lunch of appetisers and seafood and cake and sweets and ewohvfoewuhfou! Then i began reading my Kardashian Konfidential. Then i had a nap whilst texting todd.

Then around 5pm i got ready and left my gorgeous family and went to Todd’s family Christmas gathering. And it was so great! They are such a great family and are so warm and welcoming. Such a great night! Ended up swimming and watching Scream 4. 

I’ll never forget this day.
